Bonnie Burke has been providing quality real estate service to buyers and sellers since 1983. After moving to the Valley from Kansas, she has spent more than 40 years devoted to the local real estate industry and has earned numerous awards throughout her career, including her most recent Titan Club Award.

As a longtime resident of Rio Verde Foothills, an unincorporated area of North Scottsdale, Bonnie offers firsthand knowledge of the community, wells and septic tanks, the lifestyle, vacant land, and market trends that matter most to buyers and sellers. She is known as a local expert. She brings deep local insight into the area and helps clients better understand the market, the properties, and what makes living in Rio Verde Foothills so unique. The Bonnie Burke Team also hosts the only Rio Verde Foothills-specific Realtor tour, giving sellers a unique opportunity to showcase their home directly to Realtors familiar with the area.

Bonnie has continued her education and dedication to the real estate profession through active membership in the National Association of Realtors, the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, and the Arizona Association of Realtors. She has also earned multiple certifications to better serve her clients in the purchase and sale of homes and land, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Graduate of Realtors Institute, Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, and Certified Distressed Property Expert.

She is especially experienced in helping clients buy and sell horse properties in Rio Verde Foothills and surrounding areas. Bonnie also specializes in Rio Verde Foothills, North Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Cave Creek, Carefree, Troon, Grayhawk, Pinnacle Peak, New River, Rio Verde and nearby communities.

In addition to her work in real estate, Bonnie is a proud supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network and donates a portion of every commission to this important organization.
